We purchased a townhouse at the beginning of 2023 and have been very happy living in it for the past 8 months. The quality of the home and the attention to detail stood out among the other 10 or so homes we looked at in a similar price range. A couple of minor issues have came up, however Daniel and his team were very responsive and promptly corrected them. Rather than referring me to reach out to a subcontractor or manufacturer, he has personally called and communicated with me regarding the issues, and provided above and beyond resolutions. I can't say enough good things about Daniel and All About Homes and Land. My wife and I purchase a townhome from AAH&L in August 2022. This can be an intimidating process from 1700 miles away but Daniel was/is awesome to deal with. He builds quality homes and addressed all our concerns immediately going above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for my first townhome in early 2020, I could tell immediately that the quality of Daniel’s homes far exceeded the others I was looking at. I now own two of his townhomes, and have been extremely happy since day one. I get comments all the time on how beautiful these homes are. Not only is the craftsmanship superior, but so is Daniel’s responsiveness and professionalism. I feel lucky that I was able to work with a contractor who not only has a strong work ethic, but who also cares deeply about the product and service he delivers.
