I recently visited North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point and overall my experience was decent. The staff was friendly and did their best to take care of patients, even when it was busy. The nurses were attentive and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. It’s convenient for emergency and basic care.
Overall, I would say it’s a good local hospital with caring staff.
the staff was friendly, the facility was clean, my husband , received quick service. Since he was accepted for swing bed , he always and still get all the best treatment, the physical therapists are all so nice and helpful he got lot of improvement. ER is always faster . NMMC West Point is the best .
