“My Son was transferred to Artesia, MS to work at the new aluminum steel mill plant. He became very sick & in need of medical care, since he was new to the area, I googled and found North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. Our experience was superior there compared to other ER’s we’ve been to! They were quick on their feet & eager to diagnose his illness, which turned out to be a very severe case of strep. From the time we walked through the doors we were treated with such respect & importance. When they entered the room they all addressed him by his name, that stood out to me, they didn’t see him as just another patient but as an individual. I wish I knew all the names of everyone who cared for my Son, from the receptionist, the medical assistant, NP (Madison), Bloodwork (Kenneth), x-ray, security guard to thank them personally.
