Our AC went out this past weekend after the storm, and with this Mississippi heat, we needed help fast. I called Robbie Monday morning, and he came out to the house right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue as the compressor and handled everything with the manufacturer to get the part replaced under warranty. I didn’t have to deal with any of the hassle myself, which made the whole process so much less stressful. We had to wait until the next day for authorization to install the new compressor, but as soon as Robbie got the approval, he came back immediately and got everything replaced and running perfectly again. Imagine walking up on Sunday at 5am with the house at 80 degrees! I immediately panicked. Recently move to Mississippi and I have zero contacts. I called many A/C companies in the area without success. Decided to reach out to the only person I know here in MS and she highly recommended Robbie’s A/C. I called and he answered the phone immediately. Very impressed with the young man professionalism and customer service. Pricing was fair and transparent.
