“Our AC went out this past weekend after the storm, and with this Mississippi heat, we needed help fast. I called Robbie Monday morning, and he came out to the house right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue as the compressor and handled everything with the manufacturer to get the part replaced under warranty. I didn’t have to deal with any of the hassle myself, which made the whole process so much less stressful. We had to wait until the next day for authorization to install the new compressor, but as soon as Robbie got the approval, he came back immediately and got everything replaced and running perfectly again. I also want to mention that his secretary was incredibly nice, professional, and attentive to all of my concerns throughout the process. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. On top of that, his pricing was very fair, and he even gave me a military discount, which I truly appreciated. Honest, responsive, and dependable service all around. My businesses depended heavily on air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers. Over 90% contractors are cheating, up sale, and deliberately neglect things that ensure repeated service calls. Can’t blame them much. Each service truck company owns has to have certain amount of invoices sent out to break even, and some more for profit.
