“I was met by the sweetest and most concerned nurse. Then she handed me off to Nurse Robin. They asked every nosy question I’ve never been asked. They answered every question. They stayed on top of every problem and were kind and honest. More importantly, they were helpful and gave me hope after 6 years of getting by. They did the real bloodwork. Robin actually cares. I felt like I made a dear friend who listened to me to understand, not just to refer me away to get rid of me. I think she has a game plan for me bc she actually heard my problems with both ears. She didn’t “wait to talk”, she literally listened to get information to help me. I think she’s the best choice I’ve made in many years. I can’t wait to scream her name when the healing begins. She’s also a lovely human.“
