I was met by the sweetest and most concerned nurse. Then she handed me off to Nurse Robin. They asked every nosy question I’ve never been asked. They answered every question. They stayed on top of every problem and were kind and honest. More importantly, they were helpful and gave me hope after 6 years of getting by. They did the real bloodwork. Robin actually cares. I felt like I made a dear friend who listened to me to understand, not just to refer me away to get rid of me. I think she has a game plan for me bc she actually heard my problems with both ears. Dr Blackwell and his staff are amazing. I have stage 4 cancer and they go above and beyond to help me when I need to be seen. They keep me out of the waiting room so I’m not exposed to other ailments. I appreciate everything they do for me and my family.

I love the people here. I live in Pike County, but I travel here for Doctor visits. They treat me like a person here even though I am Transgender. I can't say that for 90% of the people who live in Pike County.
