“First time I have ever gone into a store and the employees had so little respect for customer who was so ready to purchase a refrigerator. The first person was a manager in the refrigerator dept. who just walk away, maybe something I said but really. A young lady went to get someone to help but they never came. Three associate who appeared to be carrying on a jovial conversation at the exist tried to help but it was too late then. Do I really have to beg for Best Buy to sell me a fridg???!“
