These are kind and generous people at XL. My PlayStation has an issue, and I called a few places hoping to give someone to help. XL is the only place that answered the phone. On top of that, they repaired my device in about an hour! I was out running errands and was able to leave my house with a busted system and come back home with a working one. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, they were polite, respectful, and very kind to my 5 year old son who was with me. 5 stars all around.

You could see the previous repair done in Olive Branch was done really poorly and that guy charged me twice as much for a poorly executed repair!!!

I’ve now gone there twice! The owner is very competent, provides exceptional service and is fast and efficient. I’m from out of town and on this last visit brought my sisters with me. They agreed! Best place ever! Wish I could transport him to Washington state!!
