Yesterday was my 1st time at a JCPenney salon. My stylist was Tazsa and she was absolutely amazing! My hair was rough going in and perfection coming out. She worked with me to learn my hair goals. She did a fantastic job cutting my hair. The wash and conditioning literally put me to sleep because it felt so good. She styled my natural hair so pretty and showed me how to maintain it until my next visit. I will definitely be coming back and have already started referring others. Thanks again Tazsa!

Sha at JCPenny's Hair Salon in Southaven, MS is an amazing stylist! Since she has been caring for my hair, it has grown a great deal in length and it is much healthier than it's ever been. I pray that JCPenny's hair salon in Southaven, MS NEVER closes!

Called salon Saturday to inquire about Monday hours, was told they were open till nine pm. I showed up with my son at 5:45 and no one was there. Managers paged for stylist on duty but they were a no show. When I went back next day, manager of salon said I was lying, her staff was always available. I told her to call both store managers on duty from previous night. She put my son with stylist who was supposed to be there night before, and she started to give my son a high and tight; which is not what I asked for. I corrected her, she had attitude.
