I thought maybe I was getting on her nerves with the questions, and if so she never showed it. I was given thorough aftercare instructions. I loved my first experience and will go back for a refill in 2 weeks or so. And yall, she was singing along with the music, she has a beautiful voice. Very professional, relaxing atmosphere. “Barbara up at Tangles is the lady to see. I do not get my hair cut often if at all and due to my previous experience at ulta I was like really not wanting to go anywhere. But I walked in and the other two ladies were booked I believe so it was nice that Barbara had an opening even though I was a walk in and was super sweet. She was nice did not make me feel bad about my style choice and was overall patient and helpful. I absolutely am in love w her I will be recommending her & I will be back for my next hair cut as long as shes there<3 thankyou so much“

“I decided to visit this location after my normal contact decided to take some time off. Upon arrival, there were quite a few ladies waiting for service. It was pretty warm inside and quiet. There was no music playing, no conversations and as a matter of fact no one greets you once inside. (Reason for the star removal) Luckily, I did not have to wait too long before being called. Ruby took care of my brows and she did a wonderful job! I have thick brows that can be a bit difficult to tame, but she handled them really well and did not thin them out or chop off the ends. This was a good option for me in the Southaven area and will be my choice going forward whenever I don't feel like traveling out to Cordova.“
