About ATC Fitness
ATC Fitness Southaven is a spacious 24/7 gym that offers a variety of machines and a large free weight area. The gym accommodates individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to pros, with memberships available for everyone aged 12 and up. The facility is clean, with friendly clients, and has ample space to move around, even during peak hours. While there may be some minor drawbacks, such as a small locker room and a preference for certain machine brands, ATC Fitness Southaven provides a well-equipped and welcoming environment for its members.
Awesome friendly staff good tanning beds and clean accessible equipment. Late night can get a little sketchy from the young teenagers hanging out but overall good business with trained friendly staff.
Clean, friendly clients, locker room is a bit small but other than that it’s a great place to workout.I’m used to hammer strength machines which I prefer over Life Fitness which is the reason for the 1 star reduction. But that a personal preference.
Very clean gym, nice staff, I usually go here around 10pm so the crowd is pretty small but have been here when it's busier and there are plenty of stations to still move around.
