Beginner gym.. It's not crowded. It's clean and well managed. Staff is always polite and pleasant. Saying beginner gym is not a bad thing either. You can get substantial gains there with out a doubt. I just mean beginner due to not having heavy enough weights. You won't be setting PRs with weights is all...
Nice and Clean and the employees at the Olive Branch location are actually really nice every time I go? and believe me that counts for everything nowadays.
