“Prompt, efficient service and they cleaned up after themselves. They arrived when they said they would and replaced my old garbage disposal in less than an hour. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone-no surprises. I will call on them any time I am in need of a plumber.”
“Pounds has always been the one with the fastest service and that is important for my Laundry Operation. Even on Labor Day they were her within the hour to get me back up and running. They are thorough and do a great Job. Yannis is the expert I have dealt with both times and he provides fantastic customer service.”
“It is so rare to find a plumbing company with such professional/ knowledgeable men working for them. They found a leak that was in my wall which the source was actually upstairs. With in an hour and and a few minutes they had it fixed and the prices they charge are actually very fair for the customers. This was the second time I have used them and they are just wonderful people. You can't go wrong in using them for your plumbing needs.”
