My hot water heater needed to be replaced. Felix and Waylon came in and and put it in. They displayed excellent customer skills and were very knowledgeable, they had my hot water heater in, in a very short time. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

I got service the same day I put in the request order. Steve showed up on time and was very professional. He explained my issues to where I could understand, and even gave me options. I'm fond of honesty and fair/affordable prices. Any problems in the future, i'm definately calling this company and I highly recommend them!!!!! Thanks alot Steven????Used them again for an unfortunate second time. Great company who is very knowledgable and fast getting the problem handled.

TWENTY STARS, 2 thumbs up, & a big fat hug to Mr. Steven! My 93-year old Mom's property (external water pipe) was vandalized a couple of days ago, leaving her without water. I live & work in Washington, D.C., & felt absolutely powerless to help her. I found all these amazing reviews for The Rooter Wizard, and in particular, Mr. Steven. He promptly returned my call and assured me he would take a look as quickly as possible despite working on a separate job at the moment.
