“I can't say enough good things about Louis and Greystone Plumbing. Absolutely a 5-star experience from start to finish!
We had a major clog that needed to be taken care of pretty quickly. I called Greystone Plumbing and Louis was at my house within about 30 minutes, which was incredible. We don't have any outside cleanouts, so this wasn't as simple as just running a snake through a cleanout. Louis had to remove one of the toilets to get access and clear the clog, and he handled everything like a pro.
What really stood out to me was the level of care he put into the job. After everything was fixed and the toilet was reinstalled, he actually asked me for cleaning solution so he could wipe everything down and leave the area clean. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about how someone approaches their work.
On top of doing excellent work, Louis is just an awesome guy. Super friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the problem taken care of the right way. The price was very fair, especially considering how quickly he got here and the amount of work involved.
This was my first time using Greystone Plumbing, but it definitely won't be my last. Finding someone who is responsive, does quality work, charges a fair price, and takes pride in what they do isn't always easy. Louis checked every one of those boxes.
If you're looking for a plumber, I wouldn't hesitate to call Greystone Plumbing. They've earned my business going forward. Highly recommended!”
