The tear off, installation of 42 squares (mostly high pitched), and cleanup were SATISFACTORILY completed in 1.5 days. Later when a concern arose, the owner and members of his crew promptly inspected the situation and corrected a problem, even through the problem was not related to the roof installation (windows needed re-caulking). “We had been trying to get storm damage on roof repaired and our insurance company kept denying the claim. So we were referred to American Roofing and spoke with Ken, the owner. He worked diligently with my Ins, he went up on the roof with them and took pictures and showed them the damaged areas.He resubmitted the claim and they accepted it and now I hav a new roof.He sent his roofers out on Friday and they were thru by Sunday evening. His roofers were also nice and did not take many breaks.
