“Rankin County Custom did an awesome job for us after hail storms hit this summer, first by representing us well in proving the validity of our insurance claim. Then the knowledgeable staff answered all our questions, walked us through picking the right shingles, and kept us posted on everything that would be happening. The skillful crew worked extremely hard during the 1.5 days it took them to replace the roof and thoroughly clean up afterward. “I can’t say enough positive comments about our experience with Jeff Thomas and Ron Johnson throughout the entire roofing experience. They both were extremely patient through the whole process. Thanks to Jeff, we realized we had some termite damage on our pine beams on the back porch that we wouldn’t have known without him pointing it out. Ron was extremely patient with us during the entire process and ensured everything was done like we wanted. Mike Covington was excellent as well and made sure we were taken care of appropriately. Watkins stands behind what they do and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end product.
