Bryan initially demonstrated himself as a professional and I was impressed with his professionalism, therefore, Platinum Roofing and Restoration, LLC installed a new roof due to damages from a hail storm in 2020. Since the installation, I have had damages to my ceiling due to rain leaking from my roof, twice. I reached out to Bryan and made him aware of the problem, he and his company actually came out to correct the problem with the roof, but they did not fixt the water stain that was created from his work crew and performance. He promised that he will send someone out to look at it, but I never seen or heard from Bryan or anyone else again. I am having another leaking...read full review

Bryan and his crew were great to work with, from picking out colors to finalizing things with the insurance company. Bryan was a client-focused professional at every step along the way. I would definitely recommend Platinum Roofing and Restoration to anyone needing a new roof.
