“Call Kurt and his team (just talk to them, they actually answer the phone not a dial by number operator!) I noticed a leak in our roof that had damaged some of the wood flashing. So I called Kurt and his team and they had the replacement piece ready and painted within a day, and installed it the next. customer service throughout and after and the actual workmanship and final product is top notch. Special Thanks to Kurt and True Roofing!!”
“Todd was personable, responsive and easy to deal with. Stephanie kept me informed every step of the way about my project start to finish. Rachel reached out to ensure I was happy with the job upon completion. Now that's stellar customer service.”
“Keith Lauderdale is the reason I use Pro-Shield for my roofing needs. I good friend of mine recommended him to me and each roof he has installed has been excellent. His communications with me and professional way he handles issues that have risen during the project could not have been handled any better than they were. I have had four (4) total roofs installed by Pro-Shield in the past year and will use them when the next one is needed.”
