We will definitely be using this company for all our septic issues and cleaning from now on! Our septic was not draining properly causing the toilet to burble and shower drain to stink. While we were dealing with showering and laundry at a relatives house we were also ghosted, pawned off to someone else, and quoted outrageous pricing by several other companies and individuals. When we called Thigpen and told them what was happening, they came out the next day and identified the issue. Came back today and completed the job in about an hour and some- impressive! Even added a pipe for us to solve this issue easily should it happen again. Thigpen took care of it quickly and professionally. Thanks again y'all!
