We went here to inquire about tuxedo rental and it was clear as soon as we walked in the door that the woman there did not want to help us. It was like we were bothering her. She even recommended that we go to other businesses for our formal wear. We tried to shop local but she didn't want our business. We went to Men's Wearhouse and we were pleased with the service we received.
UPDATE I called and spoke with the owner per his request above. He apologized and said he would talk to his employee. It's clear that customer service is priority to him. Thank you for taking the time to care Larry. Changed from 1 star to 4 because of him.
