“My services was great, didn’t have to wait long, the facility was very clean the staff was great ? making sure I was sign in correctly. Patience with me being there for the first go me to the back as soon as possible to see what was going on did a test to make sure it was positive or negative. The doctor came in very friendly gave me the results check me out told me what was going on call in a few prescriptions, took my medication, I’m feeling much better ? will definitely go there again“

“I was advised to get an appt with Dr Glover for my sisyer that had spent a 10 day and a nine day in St Dominic and was still in grave condition. We went to the appt and I was amazed at the concern and care. This doctor actually got down nrar the floor to check and listen to her feet that were tight swollen. She looked at all her meds and after seeing new and older bloodwork changed so no conflicts and used more kidney friendly drugs.
DR Glover and her nurses are amaxing! I have taken family to alot of doctors in my life and Dr Glover is the ultimate professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I have ever witnessed.

“Update: The doctor at this clinic did reach out to me and told me to contact her personally.. She let me speak with her nurse who was able to make my baby an appointment right away for Friday (2 days away) . We got there and was taken to the back pretty fast and seen by Dr Coakley (who was great with my baby) and gave him his vaccines. We will be returning. The environment was very friendly, wasn’t too packed with people . I would highly recommend Dr. Philiis Coakley at JPA.I have literally been trying to make an appointment with them for 3 months now.! The lady that’s answering the phone is STOPPING ALL of the business this clinic could be getting (it has been the same lady answering every time I call! ) She is RUDE! Act like she does not want to do her job! I had the previous doctor to send medical records twice and when I call to set an appointment at JPA to set a 6 month shot appointment she won’t even go pass “you need to tell the doctor to send his medical records”… I have never had to request records… it’s usually the clinic that does that. I will NEVER go there I can already see before I even let my child become a patient there that this clinic is not worth it.!! Get a NEW RECEPTIONIST!! This is on 1/10/2023 at 9:30am!“

“Dr. Dew and all of the nurses there are awesome. Had an unexpected procedure done during what was supposed to be a regular check-up, and they made me feel very comfortable and worry free. They knew I was really stressed about the issue, and they handled it with the utmost professionalism. They even worked me in the next day to check to see if I was healing properly. Will always go to them first!!!!“

“1410 Woodrow Wilson Ave Jackson, MS, UMMC 39216 When the I arrived at UMMC, on my walker. Princess hurried out with a wheelchair. I was relieved and very grateful. I broke my hip. I was in the Emergency Room. My nurse was Michael. He was attentive and listened to my concerns. I went back to the Pavilion, to get my stitches out on April 5. Faith was amazing, too. I was on the phone with her. She informed what I needed and was unbelievably professional and friendly. At my appointment I met more nurses and a nurse practitioner. James took my stitches out. He was hysterical, and knowledgeable. LaTondra was friendly and respectful. My nurse practitioner was Tripp. He questioned me regarding my situation. He has a great bed side manner. We went over my concerns, and I was very satisfied! Overall, the best hospital!“
