I had an amazing experience as a drop in. I am from out of town and was down visiting family so I was able to drop in for a class. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I let her know things I would like to work on and an injury that I had and we were able to focus on those things as well. I feel like I learned things about my form I can take back and put into my practice back home. Thank you for everything!
Great pilates studio! The instructors are fantastic, caring, and very knowledgeable. I do a lot of traveling for work and this has been one of my favorite studios to take classes. I will take the chance for classes every time I am in town!
I just had an amazing session with Leah at Selah Pilates! She is a masterful Pilates instructor. Thanks to her expert coaching and cues, I stand taller, my abs are flatter, and my glutes are more toned!
