Dr. Milam did an excellent job. She also offers complimentary touch-ups, which is something you don’t see very often at other med spas in the area. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

At the last place I went, I had to return multiple times because the results were uneven and the injectors simply weren’t as skilled. The difference in quality and attention to detail was night and day.

I’m soooo glad I’ve found this amazing hidden gem!! Dr Milam is so genuinely caring and her prices are the lowest I’ve ever encountered, and I can’t wait to be back for more services!! In addition the place is very clean and beautiful. If you’re looking for honest and professional with great rates, do not hesitate to reach out!

I really lucked out discovering The Islands and Dr. Sheli Milan. It's been so difficult finding female doctors in the gulf coast area so I'm beyond pleased that I found such a warm and comfortable establishment. All of the staff was incredibly down to earth and friendly. Dr. Milan is a phenomenal doctor. One of the things that makes a great doctor is their ability to listen to their patients (which I have found severely lacking in the area).
