Bay Pest Control has always provided us with great service. The technician is very professional and thorough when treating our house. He always addresses any concerns that we may have. A friendly staff. We highly recommend Bay Pest because they care about their customers.

I’ve got to brag BIG on Bay Pest Control. When I made my previous post about my flea problems, it was never meant to appear that BP was in the wrong. I just honestly thought this was our problem, and they’d done what they were contracted to do. However. They have gone above and beyond to help me, never giving me ANY issues with the amount of times they’ve had to come back. Poor Rocky (and Jimmie, and the office staff) has heard me cuss (not at them!), watched me cry and seen me twitching with anxiety about it all. I’m very hopeful that soon we will be completely rid of these little pests. Since I live with wildlife and the back bay so close, we are going on quarterly... read full review

Alan was honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't even begin to say how honest and helpful he was. Its so good to know there is a local company right down the street that you can trust. I'd recommend Bay Pest Control to anyone after the experience.
