“I think when a customer comes in and sits in your chair for you to cut their hair you need to listen to that customer you need to do exactly what they say to the best of your ability and knowledge that you went to beauty school for and you need to respect that Customer because it's their hair not yours I encountered on three or four occasions one hair stylist who refuses to do that and it's Kathy and you wouldn't think that she would have enough sense to cut hair to the customer specifications well I've used her on three or four occasions and every time she's messed my hair up very disappointed she's a nice lady but that doesn't cut your hair the lady does“
