Bobby was so concerned about getting the problem fixed regarding my AC unit. He throughly took his time to figure the problem and reported back to me with his findings. Bobby was also very kind and patient with me in what I had going on in the home which made me feel very comfortable. I would DEFINITELY want him to be my technician if I should need service again and would DEFINITELY refer him to others!
Kennedy was my caretaker when he came to my house. He was very respectful treating me as family, which is very very extraordinary. I look at him as I knew, I’m very pleasant addition To my extended family. He was a sweetie and other than my grandson Jacob Kent I would not want anyone else to come and take care of me for any air-conditioning or heating needs. He’s an asset to advance heating and air as far as I’m concerned. I would never expect anything less from advanced heating and air!
My technician Bobby was top of the Line! Very Knowledgeable and very detailed oriented!! 5 ? ? ? ? ? technician! The BEST!! Also he explains what he's doing and checking for as he goes along! The service was fast and office people where very friendly and provided excellent customer service!!
