He found my tank, which had been buried for 27 years, pumped it out in a timely fashion and cleaned up the job site! Very Satisfied!

I had slow drains due to backed up sewerage. Mr. Rooter sent Michael out to diagnose and repair the problem. Michael was friendly and hard-working; he immediately found the problem and worked through the morning to remedy it. It was a tough, nasty job, especially in this heat, and I'm grateful to him for getting it done!
Mr. Edward came to our house to fix our plumbing that goes to our tub. He is the sweetest man. He was respectful and nice to my son and I. He came to the house around 9:15, looked at the plumbing, went to get the parts, and was done at 12:15. We went to check out the tub and it was draining better than it ever has!
