Very friendly, great customer service and they really know their stuff. I had an outside spigot blow and called in a plumber. The plumber replaced the spigot but there was a hole in the pipe and they said I'd have to wait 4 days for a replacement part. I called Barbor and Sons and they told me what part I needed (which they had in stock) and walked me thru the simple repair. No more leak, I fixed it myself and I'm very grateful for the patience they showed and knowledge they imparted.

I work for another plumbing company that does work in the area and I go to Gary for material on my service jobs whenever I can. They always treat me fair prefer them to southern pipe or lows any day. I included a picture of the security guard taking a nap😊
