“Had a septic issue in a new house. The night before I called the system backed up into the house and flooded several rooms. After I talked to my insurance company, I called because of the great reviews that had been posted prior to mine. The owner showed up the same day to diagnose the problem. He walks around the house for a half of an hour testing various issues and finally finds the problem. He gave me a simple solution that I could do myself and was about to leave after all that time he was here. I had to force him to take money for a service call because he said I would be doing the work and he didn't feel right about charging me. I had to insist he at least take a service fee! I wish I had another way to repay him because he saved me hundreds of dollars on something I was able to do myself. I cannot recommend this company enough! SIX STARS!“

He came out the same day I called to give me an estimate then scheduled the work the same day the gas company upgraded my meter, even arranging to postpone another job so I could have hot water back ASAP. They made a very neat job with the new tankless, and took away the old heater making sure everything was capped off and safe. I am very happy with the work!“
