David was prompt and communicative during the initial phase of our new residential construction. However, after the under-slab work was completed and we were ready for the rough-in installation, the experience changed. Despite multiple attempts to schedule the work and repeated timeline shifts or excuses, he never returned to perform the job. Eventually, communication stopped entirely, and calls and messages went unanswered.

David and his crew answered my call and were able to come the same day! They found the leak and repaired it ! Very professional and explained the work completed...I was impressed because 2 other plumbers recommended that I call leak detection services, then call them back to repair...my family in Lucedale recommended them, and I am grateful! I Will call them for any other plumbing issues ( hopefully not needed?, but good to know they're there.)

The gentlemen that answer the phones and I believe actually do the work are not very friendly. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. There are two different numbers you have to call to get answers and it almost seems like they are upset because you bothered them. May I suggest hiring a secretary. I need a job.
