I just started using River City, I am impressed with the customer service, quality, explanation of issues, and explanation of plans to fix what was wrong. Nothing was with held from me in discovery of issues, problems I may have in the future, course of actions I may need to look at later on, and the course of actions taken or may need to take to fix any and all said issues. The attitude and character of river city is like having your own family who are professional HVAC technicians working or your system. The prices are reasonable and completely fair.
