Damian was friendly, professional, knew what he was doing and was here when he said he’d be here!! He fixed a loud noise in our side-by-side refrigerator/freezer in just a few minutes. I mentioned a problem with the ice maker. He checked his truck and didn’t have the model we needed. He said he’d be back the next week when he was in our area again. It was still making ice, so waiting was not a problem. He showed up on time and had the ice maker changed out in no time. Having people show up on time is pretty much a thing of the past and gets on my last nerve! It is best to call for an appointment. Walking in is hit or miss. The service is average. The price is not.
They are very good with my cats and dogs. My dog Mack has special medical needs and were willing to see him after hours (1am). I had a cat get sick, and even though they were fully booked for the day, I could drop him off and get him seen.

My visit was February 24,2024. The receptionist was very patient and extremely knowledgeable of the check in process. The person who took my vitals was super pleasant. She checked my blood pressure a second time to get a more accurate reading which is something few will do. The nurse practitioner (Eritica Morris) had an excellent bedside manner. Her diagnosis was spot on. This is after my comical comment about her looking so young. This crew was so great. Best experience I could have had.

My husband and I went looking for a shed and Charlotte Rodgers is among the best sales people we’ve dealt with. She showed us a few sheds meeting our criteria and was very thorough on her explanations to our questions. Of which we had plenty! When we came back the next day after talking it over, we decided on one that we felt fit our needs the best. Charlotte, again, was patient with us as we asked more questions. We purchased our shed and we are so happy with our choice. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new addition and the many years of use it will provide. I highly recommend Graceland of Kosciusko for their superior craftsmanship and of course, Charlotte!
