I bought a new unit in 2021 when I moved back home. Granted it is installed in an old house. However, immediately I started having issues. They immediately asked me if I was still with my year warranty. I said yes. They came and fixed it three times a year. Once it was to refill my Freon, which they had not topped off ! And two more times because they kept slipping and cutting off the unit and it would not work. The next time that happened I was charged because it was outside of warranty even though it was an issue inside warranty. I do not have a lot of money. They are working with me to pay them back when I can. However, I now two years later I have the heater not working....read full review

We have been using Century Heating & Cooling for over 3 years and they always do a massive job. Their stewards are prompt, courteous and do everything possible to keep us safely cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Can't imagine using anyone else. Robert was our rep. today and is quite often - spectacular service!!
