Only leaving one star because it's necessary in order to leave a review. I went here in November of 2021 for my first silk press in two years. Laneisha was my stylist. She burned my scalp repeatedly in various places; left me with multiple scabs. When I expressed that I was being burned, her response was "Sorry, trying to get everything". The silk press came out beautifully so I did not worry about it and returned in December of 2021 for a perm rod set. I left with a silk press because she had forgotten the style I asked for and by the time she realized, it was too late. She was late for that appointment as well with no prior notification. I was looking for a great hair salon for my daughter and I was not disappointed! She did so well with my daughter's first silk press! I'm impressed!!
