I recently joined this gym about a month ago. And I can tell that if you what a serious workout. Join the silver sneaker program you want regret it. Thanks to Alisha and Vonetta I'm on my way to my weight loss goal of losing 100lb. Thanks ladies!

Maybe the best gym I’ve been to in the country! Love this place, I’m definitely a fan of the bigger room in the back. Staff was great and beyond friendly. There’s also a large field to use outside!

This is my gym love it in there got my membership last month and getting back in shape the cardio room is nice and the weight room is legit wish they had a pool hope one comes soon and the sauna is a nice way to relax after a solid workout
