Olshans provided some of the best service I have ever experienced. From the first call to the Jackson office, to the contractor doing the evaluation and determining and explaining the appropriate process, to the team who did the job, I only encountered professional friendly service. Our patio was about 3 inches below our new deck due to the weight of the hot tub. Olshan’s team took their time and raised the pad back to level. Amazing work!!

5 stars. I had Olshan out to look at cracks in my basement, and Melissa Warny was excellent. She was professional, thorough, and explained what she was seeing in a way that made sense. She identified practical reinforcement/support options for part of the basement wall and also caught that my sump pump apparently hasn’t been working since I moved in (2019), which was a big deal to learn before it turned into a bigger problem. I really appreciated her honesty, clarity, and how respectful she was of my home. Highly recommend working with Melissa.
