Manogin& Younger were hired to maintain my yard and rebuild my deck. The yard service was quick, detailed, and well done. My bushes were also trimmed and flower beds were cleaned up. The deck work was awesome! My deck was outdated, severely weathered, and had become an eye sore that was unsafe to walk on. During consultation Marcus informed me about what needed to be done, what could possibly be salvaged, and let me know upfront that if any additional work was needed he would get my approval before proceeding as cost would be effected. He maintained great communication and professionalism throughout the process while he and his crew demoed and rebuilt a modernized, stained deck. I love it and can’t wait to decorate! I highly recommend!

Manogin & Younger did a wonderful job cutting and cleaning my overgrown yard. They trimmed trees, shaped up bushes, cut grass, put out sod and pine straw, and best of all…they actually showed up when they said they would and had great communication before and after the project. It’s so hard to find solid yard maintenance services that are professional and punctual. Manogin and Younger is a dedicated group of men who were so easy to deal with and very obviously took pride in their work. I recommend them with 5 stars!

We were very hesitant at first but after meeting Marcus and receiving our quote (which was very detailed and professional) we decided that we would go with his company. Manogin and Younger Lawn did an outstanding job on our screened in porch. They went above our expectations. They were efficient, timely and professional. I highly recommend this company.
