Overall, my experience with Southern Air conditioning was nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service sets a benchmark for how all companies should treat their clients. I highly recommend them to anyone. And I will be calling them in the future. My husband called Monday morning and Allen came out same day around 1;30 and found the problem in less than ten minutes ordered part then came on Tuesday morning and replaced part. Within 3 hours of my call, Mr. Shawn was able to clean my outside unit and provide me with coolant that several other companies didn't have. He educated me on proper maintenance of the A/C system. I will be using Southern Air from now on for my cooling/heating needs.Service: A/C system repair

i called them on a Monday morning My ac was out. A tech showed up and told me the bad news my compressor was burned up( tripping my fuse at fuse box ). ordered me a condenser Unit and my inside Coil, 3 days later my new unit came in and they installed, i will use this company again very polite and got the job doneServices: A/C system repair
