I called Farmers for a second opinion on why my system was running poorly. Nick got to the root of the actual cause, unlike the first company that came out. Kevin was super helpful answering all of my questions as to the parts under warranty and the job price. In less than 48 hours, the part arrived at Farmers and was replaced by Nick, with prompt professional service. My system is running better than ever. From now on, I'll be calling Farmers first.
