“I called about 8 different services this morning and one of them was Hughes Brothers plumbing. I left my information with the woman that takes their calls at about 8:45am and they called me back about 11:30am asking about the service I needed done. I happened to find someone else that could make it out at the same time they called but said if they couldn’t identify the problem I’d call back. Well the company I had out said they didn’t work on homes like mine. I called the Hughes Brothers back and they said they could still fit me in same day!My sink came apart the night prior and when I went to look under the house there was a large amount of water that I couldn’t truly identify where exactly it was coming from. These guys came out about an hour later, crawled under the house, determined where the leak was coming from (a small leak at that) and had it fixed in a little more than an hour. They were able to tell me what caused the problem and made sure it was something that wouldn’t be an issue in the future.I will be using them for my future plumbing needs! “The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I can't give them TEN! Due to some septic tank issues, I ended up needing my tank pumped twice in a very short timespan. The "Other" company I used first seemed fine, but I'm new to having a septic tank and didn't know much about the process at all. The "Other" company told me I had Field Line drainage issues and I needed to call a company dealing with Field Line repair. I called ABC Plumbing looking for Field Line repair (turns out they don't do that), and in explaining my issue, all sorts of red flags started going off for them. Turns out the "Other" company didn't pump both tanks, and they had no ability to know anything about the field drainage b/c they only pumped out the intake side and not the draining-to-the-field side! I asked ABC to come out and do it correctly. They did an excellent job, drained both tanks, hosed off the baffles so I could see my main problem was an old and disintegrated baffle on the output-to-the-field side, and explained so much to me about maintenance of a septic tank. Braden was THOROUGH and went above and beyond in his efforts to help my clogged Field Line output pipe get unclogged and working again. One thing that was so very telling between the two companies was the tools they used. The "Other" company only used a standard shovel and a flexible hose. A standard shovel won't even reach the bottom of the tank! Braden with ABC had several specialty tools to reach all the way to the bottom, to scrape debris off the walls, a rigid hose attachment so that he could direct where his pump hose was going rather than just a flexible and uncontrollable hose like the "Other" company used. I had no idea how much the "Other" company did wrong until I saw what true professionalism looked like. I will never use anybody else. Thank you Braden, and ABC Plumbing!“
