Dalton was a terrific technician. He was so thorough in checking and servicing my 3 air conditioning units. He then explained in layman's terms the results of the checks and the services he performed. I am very pleased with the high quality of both the personnel as well as the service.
Back Comfortable in No Time! Mid June - on one of the hottest days, the AC went out completely.
I have been using another provider for years, but decided to switch it up and call Eldridge Services.
Although they weren’t able to come out same day ( I guess everyone got hit at the same time), they let me know that they could have a tech out first thing in the morning. The 2 techs, Ryan and Dalton, were amazing! They were kind, courteous and prompt! Within less than 15 mins, the A/C was back on, with the temps being in the upper 90s, we were overjoyed.
