i just left 20/20 eyeworld at 1pm on march 16, 2026,i don’t know what was the problem with the receptionist but she didn’t make sure my glasses fitted or where they right.. one handle is not tighten at all she didn’t check to see did they fit right(they sliding off my face on same day)..i guess i have to take my glasses to vision center inside walmart to get them straightened out.. i know it does not matter but i wont be returning..

Went in to 20/20 for the first time on Oct 10 for an eye exam and new glasses. I had to switch to a location that accepts my insurance being that the location I normally go to doesn’t accept my new insurance. My experience was great. The new male doctor was really friendly and knowledgeable. He escorted me to the room to select my glasses. It didn’t take long to choose since I already know what Im looking for ( ombre frame with wide arms and no words on the glasses. I select the perfect pair ( wish I had taken a picture).
