“Every single person who helped me today was friendly, kind, professional, and efficient. I especially like efficient. And I like my new optometrist, Dr. Hines, very, very much. I’m 68 and have several budding eye issues, and she explained each of them thoroughly including options for care and possible treatments. Since I was badly overdue for my eye exam, she had tests administered to evaluate all areas of possible concern, and some new issues had in fact presented. This doctor is careful, thoughtful (reflective), thorough, and conservative. Dr Patton left big shoes to fill, but Dr Hines just may be the right fit.”
