Professional Eyecare Associates is praised for its friendly and courteous staff, who are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The doctors are caring, patient, and take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. The office has a good selection of frames and contact lenses. They are a very sweet bunch of ladies who make you feel more like family and genuinely provide assistance with helping you see the world better. After your exam, they send you to look at frames and explain exactly what insurance covers. They are kind, caring, and patient, ensuring all needs are met.
brought my kids here for their eye exams today, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional, kind, and patient with my children. They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care for their family.
Dr Edwards is always very professional and takes the time to listen to any problems you may be having. She also is very informative when describing any problems you may be having or any procedures that may be needed now or in the future. I’m very pleased with her performance and recommend her to people quite often.
