Every single person who helped me today was friendly, kind, professional, and efficient. I especially like efficient. And I like my new optometrist, Dr. Hines, very, very much. I’m 68 and have several budding eye issues, and she explained each of them thoroughly including options for care and possible treatments. Since I was badly overdue for my eye exam, she had tests administered to evaluate all areas of possible concern, and some new issues had in fact presented. This doctor is careful, thoughtful (reflective), thorough, and conservative. Dr Patton left big shoes to fill, but Dr Hines just may be the right fit.
Dr Hines and her staff are excellent. With complex eye issues no doubt I present extra challenges for them each visit but they go the extra mile to make sure I get the best eye care possible. Very very thorough. Dr Evans could not be kinder. Everyone on the staff are so helpful and pleasant. All professional and knowledgeable. Got right to my eye trouble and prescribed some drops that are already helping.
