“Easy to set appointments, Tim is wonderful very attentive and thorough. The nurse is caring and very intelligent. I usually have a wonderful experience here until today. I was ordered labs to be drawn, but there seemed to be a miscommunication when the lab aide came into the room she spoke on insurance and stated she was not sure if they’d pay because “my insurance is not a good one” after going back and forth about my labs and previous results I walked out. I felt as if she did not want to do her job I’ve never had to go back and forth with a phlebotomist about what my insurance could and could not pay for especially if she stated she was “not sure” I then was contacted by the nurse who went back and forth with me stating she was unaware I only wanted two specific labs drawn which was not the case and basically words were thrown in my mouth. I went for a simple check up that turned into a long drawn out session somewhat like this review. I most likely will not return, but this clinic isn’t a bad place when communication is done and everyone doesn’t mind doing their job and sticking to it as I’m referring to the lab aide.“

“I would give this clinic 500 gold stars if I could. This clinic is the best. When you walk out you know what is going on and exactly how to take care of it. The staff here is very knowledgeable and takes the time to teach new things you do not understand. They are all personable and professional. Dr Glidewell is by far the best doctor I have ever met. That being said from a 37 year RN that I have met plenty of them. He is so personable and very professional to make sure you know what he is teaching and what he is instructing you to do. Dr Smith is also very nice I saw him twice when Dr Glidewell was not there. He is very personable and professional as well. If you are looking for a great place for a PCP look no further. New Albany Medical Clinic is your place to go.“
