Attended a seminar done by one of their instructors and got so much out of it. Got to meet a lot of the members there. They were friendly and welcoming. You could tell they are a close-knit team and that's the kind of place I like to train at. A definite place to train in Brookhaven, MS.

erik is wonderful. great gym culture. very chill students. high level technique and very nice mats/setup for adults and kids. I will be there anytime I am in town. if you live in brookhaven get your butt in there and put some work in!!

Awesome place for family and a great atmosphere to learn and grow. There is an ability to build relationships while learning valuable skills. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. We would recommend this business 100 times over!
