Matt and Michelle are awesome! I can't wait to get back to training with them. If you decide to go to their workouts, which I strongly urge, they are going to care enough about you to remind you that you have signed up for class that morning or afternoon and they are understanding enough and willing to with you to get you where you want to be, when life happens such as work or illness. Matt and Michelle are great people sign up for lessons and found out for yourself.

Love this the instructors are amazing and supportive... it's like having a extended family... workouts are never the same so it keeps me wondering what the next class is going to be and I am never disappointed it's also showing me that I can do anything I put my mind to.... this was the best thing to have happened to me In a long time.... thank you jitsu team you rock!
